What is data
Data is a term that is so often used that is becomes quite difficult to define it precisely. There are many complex and long definitions available, while we offer the reader here a simple short sentence that many experts find useful: Data is a set of values.
It is thus the basic underlying definition of big data that represent a much more comprehensive term.
