Long Short Term Memory
Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) represents a specific architecture of a recurrent neural network (RNN) that works well with big data. It is perfectly suited to model temporal sequences and long-range dependencies thus outperforming traditional RNNs. In order to understand LSTMs better it is important to first understand our article on the recurrent neural network since LSTMs are a specific subset of these.
